I created my own line of Picky Products, an eco-conscious brand dedicated to reducing single-use plastics. The brand encourages sustainability by offering attractive, refillable glass bottles for everyday household products. I wanted to spread awareness around recyclable product refill solutions, and the growing industry of walk-in refill stores.

focus
I sought to create an environmentally responsible line of amber glass bottles that were aesthically pleasing, yet neutral enough to look good in every home. I designed custom labels for the bottles, each one focused on a specific household product like hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. The challenge was to communicate the brand’s core message; sustainability through reusability, without sacrificing style.

The final design captures the essence of minimalism and eco-consciousness with clean, typographic labels that clearly state the intended actions, like "Do the dishes" or "Wash your hands", while promoting mindful consumerism. The bottles were available for purchase online and at vendor fairs, and labels were sold as standalone items for customers who wanted to upcycle their own containers. Picky Products created an opportunity for households to remain stylish while actively contributing to the reduction of plastic waste. These bottles are still available through custom order, feel welcome to extend a branch.
